1. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age Requirements: Students below 18 years of age must register through or with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Registration Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy.
  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Services Offered

Xinno Launchpad Upskill provides educational and academic coaching services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Academic Coaching: SSC, CBSE, ICSE, Intermediate, EAPCET, and JEE Main & Advanced preparation.
  • Course Delivery: Live online classes, recorded video lectures, and competitive examination preparation.
  • Learning Aids: Study materials, practice tests, mock exams, and career guidance.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

  • Students: Must attend classes respectfully, complete assignments honestly, avoid disrupting live sessions, and use study materials exclusively for personal learning.
  • Parents/Guardians: Parents or guardians of students under 18 are responsible for supervising the student’s conduct, ensuring registration accuracy, and managing payments.
  • Instructors: Instructors are committed to providing genuine educational content, maintaining professional conduct, protecting student privacy, and adhering to published schedules.

4. Fees, Payments, & Cancellation

  • Payment Terms: Course fees must be paid in full before accessing the services unless otherwise specified. Fees are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
  • Cancellation: Students may cancel future enrollments prior to the official commencement of a course, subject to administrative charges where applicable.

5. Refund Policy

  • Case-by-Case Review: All refund requests are evaluated on an individual basis governed by the platform’s administrative policies.
  • Eligibility: Refund requests made after a student has accessed significant portions of the course materials, live sessions, or recorded lectures may be denied.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

  • Ownership: All platform content—including videos, notes, PDFs, graphics, logos, mock exams, and course materials—is the exclusive property of Xinno Technologies Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
  • Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, modifying, recording live classes without permission, or publicly sharing any platform content without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following actions will result in immediate account review and potential termination:

  • Sharing login credentials or operating a shared account.
  • Unauthorized recording, downloading, or distribution of live or recorded sessions.
  • Hacking, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting platform infrastructure.
  • Harassment, abusive behavior, offensive language, or defamation directed at instructors, staff, or fellow students.

8. Cookie Policy

  • Usage: We use cookies to optimize website functionality, analyze traffic, protect user security, and personalize your learning experience.
  • Control: You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser settings; however, doing so may prevent certain features of the platform from functioning correctly.

9. Disclaimers & Availability

  • Educational Purpose: All course content is provided for educational purposes only. Individual academic performance and exam results depend entirely on student effort, attendance, and dedication; Xinno does not guarantee specific grades or exam scores.
  • Platform Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted platform availability due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xinno Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet failures, user device incompatibilities, user negligence, or the inability to access the platform.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Xinno Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts immediately and without prior notice if a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified.

12. Modifications to Courses & Terms

  • Course Updates: We reserve the right to update schedules, faculty assignments, and course materials to improve educational quality.
  • Terms Revisions: These Terms may be updated at any time. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
